Så kan man väl inte skriva?
Why even write when it is so difficult? It’s more fun to draw. But we’re not allowed to do that, are we? You can’t write like that? is a picture book story for children and teachers. The basis of the story comes from my and others’ experiences of living with dyslexia. 6% of the population have dyslexia, and most – 5 of 6 people with dyslexia – can be helped with the right teaching. But really the story is not about dyslexia directly, but rather about being creative and the desire to make your voice heard.
Varför ens skriva när det ändå är så svårt? Det är roligare att rita. Men det får man väl inte göra? Så kan man väl inte skriva? är en bilderboksberättelse för barn och lärare. Grunden till berättelsen kommer från mina och andras erfarenheter av att leva med dyslexi. 6 % av befolkningen har dyslexi och de flesta - 5 av 6 personer med dyslexi - kan genom rätt undervisning få hjälp. Men egentligen handlar inte berättelsen direkt om dyslexi, utan snarare om att vara kreativ och om viljan att göra sin röst hörd.
